Cancellation Policy
Cancellation + Rescheduling
Thank you for choosing me for your brow and waxing services! To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, please note the following policies.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. If a charge is declined, future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is settled
I send email and text reminders to the contact information you provided. Please check that my reminders are reaching you; you may need to adjust your settings if they’re not.
I understand that emergencies happen. If you’re feeling unwell, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible to avoid fees.
No-Show & Frequent Last-Minute Cancellations
Missed appointments without notice or frequent last-minute changes impact both my schedule and other clients. After multiple occurrences, I may ask that you find another esthetician.
